Our services

Bespoke web apps & WordPress plugins

Software built around how you work

When an off-the-shelf tool does not fit, we build one that does. We design and develop custom WordPress plugins, members’ areas, staff portals and stand-alone web apps around the way your business actually works.

It is work we do for our clients and for ourselves: the tools we use to run the agency and look after the websites we host are built in-house, so every app is designed by people who rely on software like it every day.

Bespoke app and plugin development from Elevate Digital, a digital agency in Harden, Bingley, for businesses across West Yorkshire and the UK.

How we build bespoke software

Scope the problem

We map the process you want to improve and agree what the first release needs to do.

Design the experience

Screens and flows are prototyped with you first, so the tool makes sense to the people who use it.

Build in stages

Working software early, on a test site, with your feedback shaping each stage.

Launch, host and support

Hosted on our platform, kept secure and up to date, and extended as your needs change.

Apps and plugins we have built

Google reviews plugin

Fetches a business’s Google reviews on a schedule, keeps every review, and shows them as a carousel, grid, list or badge inside Impreza and WPBakery sites.

Members’ areas

Sign-up, login and profiles on the front end, members-only content, and a secure resources library where folders open by role and department.

Training and incentive platform

Elevate Incentive rewards staff for completing training: every video and quiz is worth points, and each client workspace is kept completely separate from the others.

Agency operations

Our own system for the sales pipeline, clients, projects, tasks and schedules, with reusable project blueprints, calendar sync and email digests.

Staff intranets

A staff intranet for GT Produce with company history, team profiles, news and a secure login for colleagues.

Booking and session credits

Online booking with session credits for a personal training studio, so clients buy and book sessions in one place.

Common questions

If it belongs on your website, a plugin keeps everything in one place. Larger systems with lots of users or sensitive data are often better as a stand-alone app, such as our Laravel build of Elevate Incentive.

We host and support what we build on our managed platform, keep it secure and updated, and add features as your business needs them.

With a conversation about how your business works today. We map the process, agree what the first version must do, then build in stages so you can use it early and shape what comes next.
