Our own platform that pays people to finish training

Elevate Incentive is a corporate incentive and rewards platform developed by Elevate Agency Ltd in Harden, Bingley. It is aimed at businesses whose online training goes unwatched and whose incentive schemes go unnoticed. Each workspace admin adds client companies and teams, uploads training videos and chooses the rewards on offer. Users watch videos and answer multiple-choice quizzes to earn points, then spend them in a reward catalogue. The public website needed to explain that loop quickly and move visitors into the right path: registering as a user with an access code, requesting a new workspace on a plan, or signing in.

What we built

Four-step how it works

Set up a workspace, learn and earn, redeem rewards, see what's working: the platform explained at a glance.

Workspace request form

Organisations name their workspace, pick a Free, Starter, Growth or Pro plan and state how many users they need.

Access code registration

Users join an existing workspace by registering with a code supplied by their workspace administrator.

Sign-in portal

Dedicated sign-in page with remember-me and password reset, linked from the header on every page.

Approval before activation

New workspaces are reviewed before going live, with an email on approval and monthly billing set up after.

Contact form

Enquiry form with phone and email details for businesses wanting to talk before signing up.
